For me and two other friends there was a social need for qualitative food which had became the guide to create the \u201cIt\u2019s all Greek to Me\u201d. This is a nice restaurant with a style like old kitchen, a modern form of a tavern of the past. There are good and pure foods like \u201csouvlaki\u201d and homemade food by mother\u2019s hands, dishes dressed with the nostalgia of our grandmothers cooking.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe idea was born in London where you find Greek restaurants which haven\u2019t been advanced through time since the 70\u2019s or 80\u2019s.\u201d Argiris said to the humanstories. \u201cThe owners are Cypriots (Cypriot dishes which have big differences from the Greek dishes), and other nationalities like Arabs who are the majority, or a totally new kind of restaurants serving \u201cavant-garde\u201d dishes which cost large amounts. That\u2019s how we the three friends decided to establish this restaurant. It is an expression from the Shakespeare\u2019s play \u201cJulius Caesar\u201d of 1599 and it is like the Greek expression \u201cit sounds Chinese\u201d that we use when we want to say that something is &#8220;incomprehensible&#8221;. Although, I\u2019ve used this expression to declare that the whole restaurant is Greek.\u201d, and it really works in English!<\/p>\n<p>Into Argiri\u2019s small restaurant of London except of qualitative Greek cuisine, you find a small deli, but also the list of Greek wine\u2026 for more information we suggest to visit the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.itsallgreektome.london\/#cuisine\"><strong>http:\/\/www.itsallgreektome.london\/#cuisine<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur cuisine is Greek\u201d, Argiris clarified. \u201cAnd as we say our cuisine is \u201cunspoilt\u201d that has the meaning of original taste without changes to the traditional cooking recipes.\u201d, Argiris said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.humanstories.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/66.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3639\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3639\" src=\"http:\/\/www.humanstories.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/66.jpg\" alt=\"66\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.humanstories.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/66.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.humanstories.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/66-320x213.jpg 320w, https:\/\/www.humanstories.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/66-640x427.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.humanstories.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/66-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2018We cook daily, except of those which we use to call \u201ctouristic\u201d foods like <em>mussaka<\/em> and small meatballs with greens or small meatballs with sauce, fried potatoes, <em>yiouvetsi<\/em>, <em>fricassee<\/em>, etc.\u201d, Argiris said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The quality is appointed by the included materials <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe products which we use in our cuisine are all Greek. We use extra virgin oil, original greek feta and not white cheese, entirely original greek yogurt, fresh and not frozen potatoes . \u201cSouvlakia\u201d are made by our hands, \u2026everyone of the meat dishes are fresh and many ingredients are organic or without gluten.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Which are the British favourite tastes<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>\u201cBritish who consume junk food are not in our interests. There many who know what the good Greek cuisine means. Do not ever forget millions of British visit Greece every year!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Their correspondence\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201dIt is great\u201d, they use to say, and satisfied go away.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And as Argiris declares\u2026 \u201cCertainly they become good customers\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Their favourite dishes\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey prefer, especially, <em>mussaka<\/em> and dishes like roasted lamp <em>\u2013 kleftiko<\/em> as is used to be called. They love the good of food but the most important is that there is a good analogy between quality, quantity and price.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe haven\u2019t done any commercial campaign since the last 40 days that we have been opened as a restaurant. Greeks come to our restaurant because someone else has expressed positive impressions. Their preference is <em>souvlakia<\/em>\u00a0 at the most, but dishes of \u201ctraditional\u201d cuisine. In the afternoons of Fridays and Saturdays we become a big company all together downstairs, at the basement.
